The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time + Shipping time

For made to order items, we need around 20-30 working days crafting time! And made to order items can only be cancelled within 24 hours after placing the order. Otherwise, 30% material fee would be charged.

Shipping Fee:

Cost FREE for all orders. Shipping Time 5-10 working days.

If your package is returned to our courier warehouse due to incorrect address or addressee, we can charge a re-delivery fee of $3.99 to arrange re-delivery.
